Breakfast Day 4:

About to go to the gym, but I felt like I should eat something beforehand...
8oz. Almond milk
1/2 c. Quaker Oats Quick 1-Minute Oatmeal
1/2 scoop Whey and Soy Protein
1/2 c. water
1 c. frozen fruit

New day, new start. No more booze.
