Day 3: Lunch, Dinner, Shenanigans

Lunch was good! Kinda...
1/2 c. Brown Rice (plain)
1/4 c. summer squash
1/4 c. broccoli (not sure how it was cooked, but it was pretty plain)
5 cucumber slices
1/4 c. tomatoes
balsamic dressing
1 slice of Vegan cake (bad splurge...)

Snack:
15 Almonds

Dinner:
2 slices wheat bread
2 slices tomato
3 slices lettuce
1 slice PepperJack cheese
3.oz (roughly) of smoked turkey breast
1 pickle spear

carrots and celery with plain hummus
6 peanut butter bars (kill me)
A Sugar Free Rockstar


And then....

I drank more than I can remember. KILL ME NOW.
It was fun, but I regret it this morning.  Heading off to the gym now, even though I know it won't make any real difference
